Layering stencils are perfect for creating brilliant backgrounds, and our Bokeh Stars set does not disappoint! Similar to our popular previously released Bokeh stencil, this set of three stencil layers creates a bright collection of overlapping stars for many celebratory occasions like graduation, birthday, and patriotic cards. Fun to use with TE Blender Brushes (sold separately), each stencil includes alignment squares to ensure your design lines up perfectly.
